RETURN, REFUND & INSPECTION
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 16, 2026
Thank you for choosing to shop at Kim Craft. We take immense pride in our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure that every item delivered to our global customer base meets our rigorous standards, we implement a comprehensive quality control protocol prior to dispatch.
Because of the specialized nature of our products, the logistical demands of international e-commerce, and our strict sanitary and quality benchmarks, Kim Craft enforces a strict, highly conditional, and non-negotiable Return & Refund Policy.
> Please review this document carefully and in its entirety prior to finalizing your transaction.
By placing an order, completing a purchase, or interacting with the e-commerce services on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, limitations, and legal stipulations outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, your sole remedy is to refrain from purchasing from our store.
We operate under a rigid 30-day return window that begins precisely on the date of delivery.
- > Determination of Delivery Date: The delivery date is determined solely by the tracking information, timestamp, and status update provided by the designated third-party shipping carrier (including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or regional postal services).
- > Hard Deadline: You have exactly 30 calendar days from that recorded delivery timestamp to initiate contact and successfully submit a comprehensive return request to our support department.
- > Absolute Exclusion: If thirty (30) calendar days have elapsed since the carrier marked your package as delivered, we cannot, under any circumstances or for any reason, offer you a refund, return, credit, or exchange. No exceptions will be granted for late delivery realizations, traveling anomalies, personal schedule conflicts, or gift-giving delays.
To maintain eligibility for a potential return, your item must undergo a physical evaluation and meet all of the following criteria without deviation. Any item returned to our facilities that fails to meet these multi-layered benchmarks will be rejected outright, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to the customer entirely at the customer’s own expense.
- > Condition of Use: The product must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and free of any signs of wear, tearing, odors (including smoke, perfume, or detergents), pet hair, or handling. It must remain in the exact pristine condition in which it was received.
- > Packaging Integrity: The item must be housed in its original, unopened packaging. All protective plastics, box seals, inner wrapping, branded tissue paper, tags, stickers, labels, and instructional inserts must be fully intact, unbroken, and unmanipulated. Opening a sealed product box or breaking a security sticker immediately voids return eligibility.
- > Proof of Authenticity: You must possess and submit the original digital receipt, invoice, or verifiable order number associated with the purchasing account.
Strict Classifications of Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are permanently excluded from our return infrastructure and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any scenario:
- > Custom and Bespoke Orders: Any item that has been customized, personalized, engraved, tailored, made-to-order, or modified specifically to customer specifications.
- > Promotional and Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, clearance, closeout, via flash sales, or utilizing specific seasonal promotional discount codes. All sales of discounted items are final.
- > Digital Goods and Gift Cards: Any issued digital gift certificates, store credits, or downloadable vouchers.
Kim Craft does not operate or support an automatic or self-service return mechanism. To protect our operational logistics, every single return inquiry undergoes an intense verification process.
Step 1: Formal Submission with Photographic/Video Evidence
To formally initiate a review for a return, you must compose a detailed email to our support network strictly within your 30-day eligibility window. Your submission must contain all of the following elements arranged clearly:
- > Verifiable Order Details: Your full legal name used during the checkout process, current billing/shipping addresses, and the specific order number.
- > Itemization: The exact item name, SKU code, or variant description you wish to return.
- > Comprehensive Narrative: A thorough, highly detailed written explanation outlining the precise reason you are requesting a return or alleging a product issue.
- > Mandatory Visual Evidence: You must attach multiple clear, high-resolution photographs and/or unedited video files. This visual media must distinctly showcase the outer shipping box, the inner packaging, the unbroken security seals, and a clear, focused close-up of any alleged manufacturer defect or physical anomaly.
Crucial Warning: Failure to provide clear, high-resolution photographic or video evidence as dictated above will result in the immediate, automatic, and irrevocable rejection of your inquiry without further review.
Step 2: The 15-Day Quality Assurance Evaluation Period
Upon receipt of your complete email submission and the required visual assets, your case dossier will be forwarded to our internal Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance Team.
- > Administrative Processing Timeline: We explicitly reserve the right to utilize a window of up to fifteen (15) full business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays) to thoroughly inspect, analyze, and verify the photographic and video evidence you provided.
- > Adjudication Notification: During this evaluation phase, our team will compare your media against our production and dispatch logs. Once an internal determination is reached, you will receive an official automated email notification detailing whether your request has been granted a Provisionally Approved Status or a Final Rejection Status.
A notification of Provisional Approval does not equate to a finalized refund. It merely grants permission for the physical item to be shipped to our evaluation facility for manual cross-examination.
- > Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If provisionally approved, you will be issued a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number along with specific, designated warehouse shipping coordinates. Do not attempt to ship any item back to us without a valid, explicitly issued RMA number. Packages arriving at our warehouses or corporate offices without a clearly visible RMA number on the exterior label will be rejected at the loading dock, abandoned, or destroyed.
- > Allocation of Shipping Fees: The customer assumes 100% sole financial and logistical responsibility for any and all return shipping costs. This includes all freight charges, customs duties, import tariffs, and local processing taxes. Shipping fees originally paid during checkout are entirely non-refundable.
- > Risk of Loss and Insurance Mandate: When arranging return transit, we strongly dictate that you utilize a reputable, trackable shipping service (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and purchase comprehensive shipping insurance equivalent to the full retail value of the product. Kim Craft does not assume ownership, liability, or custody of items while in transit. If your chosen carrier loses, misplaces, or damages the package during return transit, your provisional return approval is rendered completely void, no refund will be issued, and you must seek financial restitution directly from your chosen shipping carrier.
Once your physical return is safely delivered to our secure warehouse facility, our staff will perform a physical, manual cross-examination of the item to compare it directly against the photographic evidence originally submitted in Step 1.
- > Final Condition Verification: If the physical inspection confirms the item remains completely unopened, pristine, unused, and fully compliant with Section 2, your refund will move into final processing stages.
- > Application of the Mandatory 15% Restocking Fee: To cover warehouse handling, processing labor, repackaging, administration, and systemic inventory adjustments, all approved returns are subject to a mandatory fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. This 15% charge is calculated based on the total purchase price of the item and will be deducted automatically from your final refund amount.
- > Execution of Funds: Following the deduction of the restocking fee, a credit will be issued back to the exact credit card, debit card, or third-party digital payment gateway used during the initial checkout. Please allow between 7 to 10 additional business days for this transaction to clear your banking institution's processing cycles.
- > Physical Inspection Rejection: If our on-site team determines that the product box has been opened, the product has been handled, tags have been removed, or damage has occurred post-delivery, your return will be permanently denied. No credit will be extended, and the item will be held in our warehouse until you arrange and prepay for a shipping label to have it returned to you.
We maintain a highly compressed reporting window for items that arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling or structural factory errors.
- > The 48-Hour Reporting Protocol: You are legally and contractually obligated to inspect the physical package and all its contents immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives visibly broken, defective, or if you received an entirely incorrect SKU, you must notify our team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- > Evidence Requirements: Your email must be sent within this 48-hour timeframe and must contain immediate photographic proof of the external damaged shipping box, the shipping label, and the compromised product.
- > Consequence of Delay: If you fail to notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding external damages or incorrect items, it will be legally presumed that the item arrived in perfect condition, and any subsequent damage claims will be denied or shifted under the strict parameters of Section 3 and Section 5.
This Return & Refund Policy, along with our general Terms of Service, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, chargeback arbitrations, or claims arising out of this policy must be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
For clarification regarding these stringent terms, or to submit a formal return request complete with the required high-resolution media attachments, please direct all correspondence to:
